Yes, you can change or alter the home care schedule at any time. The goal is to make the plan work for you and your family, not the agency. We generally ask for one week’s notice for permanent schedule changes, but we understand that unexpected changes are sometimes necessary on short notice. Our staff will do everything they can to ensure you get the services you need to accommodate emergencies.
